While the game does look complex and has its own extensive jargon like ‘boxcars’, ‘hard ways’ and ‘horn bet’ it is a relatively simple game to master. A game of Craps can consist of two distinct phases, the Coming Out phase and the Point phase. These
bets, along with the basic "pass" and "don't pass" bets, are
explained in the accompanying diagram.
The table felt is divided up according to the pattern of a traditional craps table. In the Point phase of the game, the objective is to roll the same number as the Point, before you roll a seven. The amount of the bet and payoff is exactly the same as for a Pass Odds bet having the same point. Come Odds can be optioned as being "on" (working) on the come out roll by selecting Odds on come out in the Setup Dialog Box. At the start of a turn a shooter is chosen.
You may also right-click on a pile of chips to decrease its amount. Once the point has been
established, the player wins if the shooter rolls a 7 before rolling the point. It is an attempt to win a Pass
Line bet by rolling 7 or 11.
The Redo button reverses the effect of the Undo. If, on the first roll, you make a
7 or 11, you've rolled a "natural" and you win.
The Repeat button replicates the table's state before the previous bet as closely as is possible given that new points have been established and some betting fields become unavailable.
