In the simplest game you place a bet on the pass line and attempt to roll a seven. In terms of intricacy of rules, betting options, and payout ratios, it is unparalleled among casino games. If
another number is rolled initially, this number is called the point, and that
roll “Establishes the Point”. The Come and Don't Come bets are identical to the Pass/Don't Pass Bets except that they cannot be made on a come out roll. The amount of the bet and payoff is exactly the same as for a Pass Odds bet having the same point. These bets win or lose based upon the next roll of the dice as their come out roll. Note, you cannot make a Come Odds bet on a come out roll if this option is "off".
The table is
divided by the center box of proposition bets and also by the stickman, who
stands on the players' side of the table. When a Come or Don't Come point is established the Come and Don't Come Bets are moved to the appropriate numbered box. It is an attempt to win a Pass
Line bet by rolling 7 or 11. The Come/Don't Come bets are even money bets, meaning you win a dollar for every dollar bet. Here the player is betting that a 7
will be rolled before the established point is rolled. Come Bet: this bet is similar to the Pass Line bet, but the player can make this bet at
anytime.
