While the game does look complex and has its own extensive jargon like ‘boxcars’, ‘hard ways’ and ‘horn bet’ it is a relatively simple game to master. This initial roll is called the “Come Out Roll”. The game of Craps can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to make it. The amount of the bet and payoff is exactly the same as for a Pass Odds bet having the same point. Come Odds can be optioned as being "on" (working) on the come out roll by selecting Odds on come out in the Setup Dialog Box.
The shooter’s goal is to pass.
The Undo, Redo, Clear and Repeat buttons are provided to allow you to rapidly change the bets on the table. After
seeing all bets are down, the stickman pushes a few sets of dice to the shooter. Pass Line bets lose if the come-out roll is 2, 3 or 12.
The Clear button removes all chips that are not on established points. This is where you place a bet on either the Pass Line or the Don't Pass Line and try to roll a 7 or 11.
